We price our services very fairly. For a residential or commercial clean, we visit the site before issuing a quote. This ensures we can establish materials and team size for the scope of work. This turns out much better because it ensures we price in a way that corresponds to the scope. Fair pricing has been a huge selling point with our clients
Yes, we do. We have partnered and only source our products and equipment from industrial grade product and equipment manufacturers approved by the Kenya Bureau of Standards. We are however open to working with select products and equipment provided by our clients subject to terms and conditions.
Yes, we do. Our site visits and quotations are done at no cost to our potential or existing clients
The company was established in December 2018, but the staff have more than 30 years’ experience between them
A deep clean service is highly recommended where the client has never had a professional cleaning service, or the site has been neglected for a long while. It all depends on the state, and this is easily determined from a site visit by ourselves
No, you do not. You can hand-over at the beginning of the service to the site supervisor and then allow us time to service your space. However, on completion, we must hand back over to yourself or an appointed agent. This arrangement is subject to the terms and conditions
Once a site visit is carried out, and the quotation is agreed upon, a 50% down payment is made to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is paid upon completion of the work as per the scope
We plan each assignment carefully and in advance (including material purchase) so we kindly ask that should there be a cancellation, you give us at least 48-hour notice. Any cancellation beyond this window will attract a penalty as per our terms and conditions
We have a clear process from the first site visit, where we establish expectations, all the way until the last handover where you go over the work done with the assigned site supervisor. We stand behind our services and have a great track record but if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours. This is, however, subject to our terms and conditions
